Isiaq Ajibola attended Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria( ABU), where he obtained the Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics in 1988. He later obtained a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the same University.

PROFESSIONALISM

He started his media career in 1989 with a Lagos based Weekly Magazine the ‘Just Politics’. Thereafter, worked at the defunct ‘Citizen’ Magazine and later at ‘Sentinel’ magazine, founded by Late Shehu Musa Yar’adua all between 1990-95 in various roles as Business reporter and controller.

Ajibola thereafter engaged in private business until in 1996, when he Co-founded, the Media

Trust Limited, (Publishers of DailyTrust Newspaper) based in Abuja.

At DailyTrust, he was pioneer General Manager of the company, later became the Executive Director (Operations) and then the Managing Director/COO for a total period of about 18years. He voluntarily retired from the day-to-day operations of the company in December 2014.

He is presently a member of the board of Directors of “DailyTrust Foundation” and a member of the board of directors of many other companies.

He is the author of the book, among others, “Journalism & Business; My Newspaper Odyssey”(2016).

LEADERSHIP PROGRAMMES

In addition to a rich experience of managing a media company, he has at attended many executive Education programmes on Leadership, Communication, Business etc at the Lagos Business School (LBS), Lagos; the University of Stellebosh, Cape Town, South Africa; University of Nevara Barcelona, Spain and at Georgetown University, Washington DC, USA etc.

He has visited many countries in Africa, the Middle East, America, Europe and Asia. Alh Isiaq Ajibola is an avid golfer and married with children.

Kazeem Durodoye, PhD

Dr. Durodoye holds the M.Sc. degree in Pharmaceutics, Master of Information Science and PhD in Information Science. He is a member of various professional bodies and associations, including Nigeria Computer Society, Computer Professional Registration Council of Nigeria, Association for Information Systems (USA), Information Systems Audit Control Association (ISACA) and Project Management Institute.Dr. Durodoye is the Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian based The Khrome Company, a subsidiary of LEADERSHIP Group Limited. He was Group Executive Director, Technology & New Media in LEADERSHIP Newspapers Group. From 2008 to 20011, worked as a Consultant to Grameen Foundation, Washington DC, USA. Prior to that he was Deputy Managing Director at Chams Nigeria PLC from 2006 to 2008, and Head, Strategy & Business Development at May & Baker Nigeria PLC, a position he held until 2006. Dr Durodoye has conducted research in diverse fields, and has various papers and articles to his credit.

 

Jonathan EZE

JONATHAN EZE is a versatile media professional, a customer service administrator and consultant with vast working experience spanning 12 years. 
He is a graduate of Mass Communication from Delta State University with a second class upper honours and he holds various academic certifications and has also completed some courses at the prestigious Pan Atlantic University in Lagos. Jonathan started his career as a Reporter with the defunct Nigerian Compass Newspapers in Lagos where he covered different beats like Education, Crime and Metro and he rose to the position of Acting Feature Editor before he left and joined Daily Times of Nigeria. 
 
He went on to serve as Media Aide to the former Minister of State for Defence and Foreign Affairs, Senator Musiliu Obanikoro until 2017, after which he joined THISDAY Newspaper as Deputy News Editor, and handled other key responsibilities. He joined Leadership Group in March of 2019 and was in charge of pioneering a new business and financial newspaper called NATIONAL ECONOMY as the Chief Operating Officer. 
He is presently the COO of TheOutsourceCompany, where he is active in driving businesses and introducing innovative solutions to Human Resources Management and Business Processing Outsourcing.

Zainab started out as a senior staff member of Afri-Projects Consortium, the consortium that managed the Petroleum Trust Fund (PTF) programme under General Muhammadu Buhari in the 1990s. She is currently the Vice Chairman of Sam LEADERSHIP Foundation and seats on the boards of LEADERSHIP Newspaper Group Limited, LEADERSHIP Holdings Limited, Allfarms Limited, Allanwoods Limited and Forte Agra Limited.

Mike Okpere

Mike Okpere is an accountant by training and the immediate past Group Managing Director of LEADERSHIP Newspapers Group Limited. He joined the LEADERSHIP Group in 2013 as its Group Executive Director and was promoted to Group Managing Director in 2015.
Before these recent appointments, Michael held various positions, including Audit and Consultancy head at Ijewere & Co (Chartered Accounts), pioneer General Manager of Nigerian Seed Cotton Company Limited, Executive Director of Cotton Ginning Company Limited, Managing Director of Cash Affairs Finance Limited, Managing Director of Fortune Five Farms Limited and line Director of Allanwoods Limited. He is also the Vice Chairman of Allfarms Limited, Vice Chairman of Croft and Housemann Limited, and Vice Chairman of Group Ten Limited. He has over 35 years’ management experience and has arranged various financial syndicates for both start-ups and expanding concerns.
Michael has attended many courses. He is widely travelled and is a golf enthusiast. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of LEADERSHIP Wealth Limited.

Micheal started his career with Dalian Fruit Year Import Export Ltd in 2003 as international trading representative. He was Regional Manager and Trainer with Sino-Alliance Insurance Shenzhen Branch Company between 2005 and 2007. He later proceeded to JianAn Mining Group Zimbabwe Company as Mining and Purchase Manager.
He became a Director with Yuming Precious Stomne Company in 2013 and in April 2017, he moved to B2C E-Commerce Nigeria Limited as Vice President for Marketing. Michael is also on the Board of The Khrome Company Limited as a Director and Regional Vice President overseeing our Asian operations. He is based in Shanghai, China

Lere Baale has over twenty years’ post-MBA top level experience and international career exposure in diverse business functions spanning Europe, North America and Africa. He is presently CEO and Facilitator at the Business School Netherlands in Nigeria, Regional Director for CMOE Inc. (Africa & Middle East Area) and Director/Partner at Howes Consulting Group (Africa). From May 2009 to October 2010, Lere was Director and Consultant Chief Strategy Officer for GLOBACOM LIMITED. Prior to this, he had been with Pfizer from 1990 to 2006 where he rose to become the Executive Director, Marketing.
Lere is a member of various professional bodies, including Nigerian Institute of Management, Nigerian Marketing Association, Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria, Institute of Pharmacy Management (U.K); Deputy Chairman (PG – Lagos Chamber of Commerce (1996 to 1999) and Chairman – Marketing & Sales group of Nigerian Association of Industrial Pharmacists (1996-2005).
He has many publications, articles and papers in international business periodicals to his credit.
